How to plan your dream wedding

2. Get it started! Let us know which venues you like, and what your wedding vision is. Please mention your guest numbers and budget. Call us or send an email. Best scenario is to start 1,5 years before the day. We can still help you, so contact us directly!

3. Book your dream. We help you locate and book the right boutique hotel, fortress, castle, mansion, villa, palace, romantic farmhouse or other preferred venue. Move swiftly, things get booked up very quickly!

4. Book a venue trip. Visiting Your potential venues personally with us is always best, if you can’t come we can visit the venues for you and send videos.

5. Planning the dream. We work with you side by side all the way, catering to every detail. We confer with your venue/s, introduce you to excellent suppliers, help create the floral design with great florists, direct you to the best caterers, book and discuss your entertainment, lighting and music with your party band, dj and technical supplier. We liaise with vendors on your behalf  for your photography, video, wedding cake, decoration, hair and makeup, and arrange your transport, table plan and whatever you may need.

6. Pre and post parties and events, enjoying a day-before party and a day-after-party is common among our lovely clients. More and more couples include luxury yacht outings, catamaran trips, wine tasting excursions and more as well.

7. Our wedding planner services save time and calm nerves. Brides spend more than 245 hours organising their wedding – that’s the equivalent of six weeks working full time! Overseas weddings have more specific challenges. Local knowledge may be limited, and the language barrier can be daunting. We work with you, offering guidance and expertise to make the process streamlined and hassle-free.

There are lots of venues and options that you might not have considered. Our extensive knowledge of the vendors costs and their skills will benefit you enormously. Having knowledge of your budget means that we can fit our suggestions within the resources available. We help you keep track of costs with regular updates and spreadsheets.

9. Let´s set up video chats, calls and have meetings whenever you like, to ensure that everything is ready for you and your guests. We greatly enjoy the process of getting everything together for your dream events!

10. We send updates and send you spreadsheets. Expect The final payments to be made about five weeks before the wedding.

11. A few days before the big day we walk round the venue/s checking all the details.

12. On the wedding day, we are at the venue to supervise the setup, liaise with your suppliers, arrange your ceremony area, tables and party area and take care of all the details so that everything is exactly as we planned it with you!
