Abbie & Matt’s romantic three-day rustic chic wedding with great Gypsy King vibes!
A villa, finca mansion or small hotel for the wedding, where part of the guests can stay, is the dream for some of our lovely couples. Abbie & Matt found the perfect place!
Abbie and Matt dreamed of having a beautiful finca mansion wedding in Mallorca.
They wanted a three-day party with friends and family in a private place where some of their nearest and dearest could stay, and where two parties could be celebrated.
We took them on a lovely venue hunt and visited many special places. We applauded Abbie and Matt’s final venue choice: a gorgeous, recently refurbished Mallorcan finca with 12 top double rooms and no neighbours. The couple moved into the finca hotel and invited everyone to a Welcome party BBQ at a beach club near the venue. The all-white atmosphere and strikingly blue sea provided a great setting for the first event.
Abbie and her ladies began their hair and makeup sessions early the next morning, while Matt and the groomsmen headed to the beach. Meanwhile, the cobblestoned courtyard was decorated with wooden furniture for a special rustic-chic feel, and with candles, flowers, and fruit on the tables.
Outside the finca entrance, the ceremony pillars were adorned with many bright-coloured flowers. The talented photographers Ana Garcia and George Peake documented every moment and detail of Abbie and Matt’s special day, including the donkey-and-cart ride that had been organised especially for their son Ronny. After a delightful cocktail hour, the doors to the courtyard opened up, and the guests were invited to take their places. The yummy food stations and the passionate Spanish Gyspy King tribute music set the courtyard on fire, and the guests just kept on dancing and dancing.
The next day, a wonderful pool party with tapas and paella was a great recovery plan. Abbie, Matt, and their guests basked in the sun, sipping drinks and enjoying delicious food while listening to great music. Another fun day in paradise!
